“The Powherful program is something that I highly recommend to women no matter what stage of life they are in. Powherful is a program that will not only kick start you into getting into shape, but is designed to equip you with tools and knowledge that will help you build a foundation of healthy habits in many aspects of your life. I found the social aspect of the program very enlightening as I was surrounded by other women who were striving for their goals. I found this also made some of the challenges seem less daunting such as moving from group sessions to lifting weights alone. During the program I lost six kilos and am stronger both physically and mentally then I have in years. Since then, I have continued to use the knowledge provided from the Powherful program and as a result, I have lost a further six kilos. Thankyou Kirsty for creating such an incredible program and helping me find my feet. I feel more grounded and ready for what ever the future may bring.” - AMBER, 24

“Since joining the gym over a year ago, I really struggled to find both the motivation and self confidence to go each week, and found myself quickly falling back into old habits of making excuses to myself and those around me for reasons I couldn’t go. Then I joined the Powherful program, and was so excited to surround myself with likeminded women who were in the same position as me.

The biggest challenge for me has always been the self doubt, and getting in my own head about people judging me, or looking at me if I’m doing something wrong. Being a part of the Powherful program allowed me to learn and grow in my training habits and remove some of the self doubt I had been feeling, because it turns out, lots of people feel this way!

Without the program I would have never had the courage to just get started, and we all have to start somewhere. What’s been so important to me throughout the weeks is that we’re pushed to train hard and eat well, but also equally to engage with ourselves and reflect  on how we feel, resting when we need to. It’s not about who loses the most weight, or who can squat the most, it truly is about how you feel inside and out, and I’m so grateful to Kirsty for creating a program that emphasises this.” - LAUREN, 22
