Sarah - "10.5kg and 17cm down, I'm the most consistent I've been and completed the 75 hard challenge"
Celebrating Sarah! Sarah trains at the Powherful classes and at the gym SMA following the Powherful program, and is a loved member of the community.
She recently completed a 75 hard challenge and has absolutely smashed her consistency with her habits, resulting in some incredible changes!
She has showed just how much change you can make when you are incredibly consistent.
Of course to see results you don’t need to be perfect but at the same time, wow, the changes you can see when you make a decision and stick to it like Sarah has!
Every day for 75 days she completed these habits:
✅Follow a nutrition plan
✅Train 2x a day, usually a walk and a workout
✅Read 10 pages of a book
✅Take a progress photo
✅4L of water
✅No alcohol
Her results:
➡️Down 10.5kg and down 17cm in her measurements overall
➡️Improved quality of sleep
Decreased fatigue and brain fog
➡️Improved posture
➡️Improved confidence
➡️Improved consistency
➡️A happier dog from so many walks 😂
➡️She also hit a volume personal best with her hip thrusts of 110kg and increased her weights on many of her lifts. I also added a comparison video to the slider of how far she has improved on her squats since the start of her journey.
