Kitty: I have learned how to properly brace my core when doing lifts

Online Client Kitty has been putting in some great consistency! She is also very resilient working with a condition known as HS. She has changed her body composition as well as building functional strength with form adjustments.

Here’s what she has to say about her journey so far:

“I’m Kitty and I have been doing online training with Kirsty since July 2023. My fitness background was CrossFit and group classes. 

What I enjoy most about online coaching is always having someone to talk to. Kirsty is always just a message away and if I need help or clarification on something Kirsty always gets back to you. Kirsty’s app is also very user-friendly and I don’t know what I’d do without it now. 

The challenges I had before starting online coaching were that I had no idea how to train outside of a group setting. I didn’t know much about accessory work and didn’t know how to build an appropriate program for myself. 

The things I have found most useful are having access to a coach that is so knowledgeable.

Kirsty built my program from the ground up and really listened to what I liked from previous training and what I didn’t. I have also learned so much about good nutrition and finding the right balance with food. 

The results I have found with my training is my form is a lot better. Kirsty has really taught and guided me to slow movements down and to practice proper form. I have also learned how to properly brace my core when doing compound lifts, which has helped me so much.
