With Powherful Personal Training you will work one-on-one with Kirsty to set your plan and stay accountable to your health and fitness goals. Coaching sessions are based at Strength and Motion Academy in Midvale, WA.

Personal Training Includes:

  • 60 min 1-on-1 PT session (weekly or fortnightly options)

  • Custom targets set up for your training, nutrition and mindset

  • Training + Nutrition plan updated monthly and as you progress

  • Powherful app access including workout and nutrition tracker and extra educational resources

$99 a week

Hi, I’m Kirsty

I am a qualified Personal Trainer specialising in women’s health and wellbeing.

I am passionate about coaching women to find their inner strength and value through health and wellbeing.

This is because when I started my fitness journey, I didn’t have correct guidance and went down an unsustainable path with diets, excessive workouts and forcing myself to change. I didn’t get the results I wanted and instead was damaging my health, self-confidence and body image.

Then everything changed when I went to University and began studying nutrition, training and mindset.

I changed my approach and began to choose healthy and sustainable habits over extremes. I rebuilt my health, learned to accept my body, and built healthy lifestyle I can maintain.

It is my mission to empower as many women as possible in their health and wellbeing, and help them to show up in their lives with health, vibrance and confidence!
