Cathy has been coaching with me online and recently completed the Powherful 8 Week Challenge! Over our time together so far, she has become much stronger and more consistent with her training and healthy habits! Here is what she has to say:
“I first met with Kirsty in May last year to set up a program that I could use at our home gym.
From the beginning I found Kirsty to be very supportive and encouraging. She has helped me reach and maintain a level of strength, fitness and wellness I would have never been able to achieve on my own.
I recently completed her 8 Week Challenge and found this has given me the tools and motivation to want to keep going. She has helped me with meal planning (something I struggle with) and introduced me to Myfitnesspal for nutrition accountability.
