Nadeane: "I've never felt stronger" Down 4kg, increased hip thrust by 60kg and bench press by 15kg!
Nadeane has been doing online coaching with me for 7 months so far. Her goals were to build her strength up, and reduce body weight to find a maintenance she was comfortable with.
Her strength has increased incredibly over this time. When we started, we went through the foundations of deadlifts, and now she is deadlifting 70kg+. She started doing working sets on hip thrusts at 40kg, and now is up to 100kg! Focusing on form and technique corrections has helped her gain confidence to challenge herself in the gym and increase her strength.
She also had great progress with her body composition. She has been diligent at tracking her food, increasing her protein and being accountable with her check ins. She did reduce by 4kg in the past 7 months, but also at the same time doing a recomposition. She has built muscle and reduced body fat, so she has much more muscle definition. She has also improved her posture too!
Nadeane now trains consistently 3x a week, every week, when she struggled to stay consistent and kept stopping and starting for months.
