How to Add a Recipe to Myfitnesspal

Here is how you can add a Recipe to Myfitnesspal


Step One:
Tap “Add Food” on one of your meal selections (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner etc)

Step Two:
Select “My Recipe” from the menu at the top of the page, under the search bar, and then click “Create a Recipe”.

Step Three:
Input the name of the recipe and the servings.

Step Four:

Find and select ingredients of the recipe. Ingredients that don’t have many calories are not that important to add (like spices or salt) unless you are very interested in tracking the micronutrients.

Step Five:
Save the Recipe and now it will be available for you to find in your database.
