Quick Protein Oats

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup (40g) quick oats
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 TB peanut butter
1 cup water

METHOD

1. Measure out oats in a microwave safe bowl and add water. Cook oats in microwave for 1 minute.

2. Stir, and if you would like the oats more cooked you can add back in the microwave for 30-60 seconds more.

3. When oats are cooked to your liking, add 1/2 cup cool water and mix in the protein powder until smooth

4. Add peanut butter to centre and mix through the oats. Add any other toppings of choice.
