Trish and Di - Feeling fit, strong and flexible and competing at Master's Softball!

Happy reviews from the Parker sisters who I have been training for almost a year now.

We started out with Personal Training with the goal to begin training in the gym to get stronger for Softball and compete at the Australian Softball Masters Competition.

They had two goals. In their words “get stronger and not get injured” for the competition. While I can’t guarantee injury prevention as a trainer, they sure did get consistent in the gym and got stronger, more stable and fitter for the competition.

They absolutely smashed it, and played 10 games over the series and felt the strongest and most capable they have in years!

They have since continued their regular training to help with life beyond softball too, feeling strong, fit and flexible to lift grandkids, walk up steep hills and go on ski trips.

They are even now voluntarily doing lunges and cardio as well as nailing the big strength lifts like squats and deadlifts!
