HOME Follow Along Cardio Workout

This is a follow along Blitz workout. Each circuit is 2 exercises repeated three times through. Each exercise is completed for 40 seconds, with 15 seconds rest. There is a longer rest between circuits. If you need an easier or harder option for each exercise it is explained in the circuit description before the timer starts!
