INGREDIENTS

BASE

2 wraps (normal or gluten free)

Tomato paste concentrate or low sugar BBQ sauce

TOPPINGS

Hawaiian

  • Tomato concentrate base

  • Pineapple

  • Ham

  • Sliced button mushrooms

  • Grated Cheese

  • Dried mixed Italian herbs and spices

Chicken and Capsicum

  • Low sugar BBQ sauce base

  • Cooked roast chicken

  • Roasted capsicum

  • Roasted slivered red onion

  • Crumbled feta

Meat Lovers

  • Either tomato or BBQ base

  • Ham

  • Cooked bacon

  • Chorizo

  • Cooked slices of onion

  • 1/2 cup sliced brown mushrooms

  • Grated cheese

Basilico

  • Tomato base

  • Tomato

  • Basil

  • Mozzarella cheese

METHOD
1. Set oven to 220 degrees Celcius
2. Place bases out on baking tray on baking paper and cover in concentrated tomato paste or low-sugar barbecue sauce
3. Add toppings of choice.
4. Cook in oven for 10 mins
5. Allow to cool for 5 mins and then cut into slices with pizza cutter
