Homemade Pizza
INGREDIENTS
BASE
2 wraps (normal or gluten free)
Tomato paste concentrate or low sugar BBQ sauce
TOPPINGS
Hawaiian
Tomato concentrate base
Pineapple
Ham
Sliced button mushrooms
Grated Cheese
Dried mixed Italian herbs and spices
Chicken and Capsicum
Low sugar BBQ sauce base
Cooked roast chicken
Roasted capsicum
Roasted slivered red onion
Crumbled feta
Meat Lovers
Either tomato or BBQ base
Ham
Cooked bacon
Chorizo
Cooked slices of onion
1/2 cup sliced brown mushrooms
Grated cheese
Basilico
Tomato base
Tomato
Basil
Mozzarella cheese
METHOD
1. Set oven to 220 degrees Celcius
2. Place bases out on baking tray on baking paper and cover in concentrated tomato paste or low-sugar barbecue sauce
3. Add toppings of choice.
4. Cook in oven for 10 mins
5. Allow to cool for 5 mins and then cut into slices with pizza cutter
