You Cannot Pour from an Empty Cup
You cannot give, if you do not have. Your physical and mental health have requirements to stay healthy and happy.
Make sure to put your needs as a priority and “fill your cup” so that you are not running on empty. Pushing your needs to the side all the time is a recipe for burnout, exhaustion and emotional turmoil.

To be able to find time to spend on yourself it may mean putting down your boundaries and being firmer on where your time and energy is spent.
