Grab and Go Banana Bread
Ingredients
4 eggs
2 bananas
¼ cup oats
¼ cup honey (optional)
30g walnuts chopped
tsp cinnamon
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a pan with olive oil
Place all ingredients except walnuts into a blender, and blend until smooth
Pour mixture into pan, and sprinkle walnuts on top. Place in the oven.
Cook for 30 minutes, or until a skewer inserted comes out clean
Take out of oven and allow to cool before cutting into 4 sections. Store for quick grab and go breakfast, or serve with toppings of your choice
