Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 150g mixed berries (frozen)

  • 200ml low-fat milk (or almond milk, ~200g)

  • 30g whey or plant-based protein powder (vanilla or strawberry flavor)

  • 50g Greek yogurt (for extra protein & creaminess)

  • 10g slivered almonds (for fiber & healthy fats)

  • 5g honey (optional for sweetness)

  • 5-10 ice cubes

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender

  2. Blend on high until consistency is to your liking

  3. Serve immediately and enjoy
