Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
150g mixed berries (frozen)
200ml low-fat milk (or almond milk, ~200g)
30g whey or plant-based protein powder (vanilla or strawberry flavor)
50g Greek yogurt (for extra protein & creaminess)
10g slivered almonds (for fiber & healthy fats)
5g honey (optional for sweetness)
5-10 ice cubes
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender
Blend on high until consistency is to your liking
Serve immediately and enjoy
