Warm Ups
Make sure to always warm up with some dynamic stretches before you workout. Warming up helps to open up your joints and prepare your muscles for exercise.
A proper warm up doesn't have to be long, 5-10 minutes is enough! Here are some warmup stretches you can do before you train.
