Winter Slow Cooker Chicken Soup Recipe

INGREDIENTS

500g Chicken breast
1 carrot (diced)
2 stalks celery (diced)
1/2 onion (diced)
1 small zucchini (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1L low sodium chicken stock or broth
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt

METHOD

1. Chop all vegetables
2. Place all ingredients into a slow cooker
3. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7 hours
4. When cooked, shred chicken
5. Serve or store
