Remindher - Goal Setting

Getting results through the Powherful program comes from building healthy habits in the principles of Move, Mind and Munch.

However, it is easy to fall back into old habits without a structure in place to keep your moving forwards. That is why we use the Powherful Structure System to keep you on track throughout the program.

The Powherful Structure System consists of three things:
1. Aim - Goal Setting
2. Act - Having a plan and following through
3. Accountability - Reflecting on progress

Step One: Set your goals, knowing WHAT you want to achieve, so you have a clear direction to make progress in and WHY this is important to you. If you want to chase too many goals, unfortunately, you can end up achieving none!

The three simple goals are:
Maintenence
Fat Loss
Muscle Gain
(If you want to specifically work on your mindset and lifestyle habits, choose maintenance)

Step Two: After you have a goal you need an Action plan and to stick to that action plan each week, to not drift off course.

The action plans can be found on the Powherful website.

Step Three: To remain accountable at the end of the month you will be reflecting on your plan. This is scheduled at the end of the month as a separate activity.

The questions we ask are:
"What went well?"
"What challenged me?"
"What did I learn?"

This is how you celebrate and acknowledge your progress, highlight what is challenging you and make appropriate changes before you set your goals for the next month!
