“I first came to Kirsty for PT to work on my technique for heavier lifts. Kirsty's positive attitude and motivation  has helped me to stay consistent. I find going to the gym is just part of my lifestyle now and that the more I go the more I enjoy it.

Kirsty introduced me to the community she created with the Powherful girls. I have so much fun laughing and working out we all support each only positive vibes in this group.

When I found out I was pregnant I was concerned I wouldn't be able to continue on my fitness journey.

Kirsty was confident that this wasn't the case and has provided alternative exercises, and changing them to suit as I have progressed through my pregnancy.

Kirsty has also discussed nutrition options with me to help keep on track with my gestational diabetes diagnosis. Kirsty has helped me to eat healthy nutrient rich foods throughout my pregnancy so that when I do crave something a bit "naughty” this hasn't had a negative impact on my body.

I am currently 8.5 months pregnant. I have been getting a great workout all the way through. I feel that even though i haven't been lifting as heavy weights I have been getting the most out of my PT and Powherful classes.

I have been able to so many other alternative excerises that I feel I am getting fitter as time goes by.

My flexibility has improved, my legs and arms are getting stronger and we have been doing suitable core work.

All of this I know will help during labour plus help in my recovery after birth.
