Protein Chia Seed Pudding
INGREDIENTS
1 cup milk of choice (almond, coconut, oat milk)
1 cup yoghurt of choice (greek, coconut yoghurt)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbs maple syrup
1/2 cup chia seeds
CHOICE OF FLAVOUR
Chocolate
Add 1 tsp cocoa
Add 1 tsp chocolate protein powder
Berry
Add 1/2 cup mixed berries
Vanilla
Add 1 tsp vanilla protein powder
METHOD
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate overnight
