Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats or quick oats

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 1/2 cup yogurt (or non-dairy alternative) or additional milk of choice

  • 1 tbs sweetener of choice - honey, maple syrup, rice malt syrup

  • 1/8 tsp salt

Flavour variations

  • Fruit: Add 1/2 cup blueberries or banana

  • Apple Pie: Add 1/2 grated apple and dash of cinnamon

  • Peanut Butter: Add 1 tbsp nut butter

  • Choc Chip: optional 1 tbsp choc chips

Method

Combine all ingredients in a container with a sealable lid. Shake well, then refrigerate overnight. The next morning, simply stir and enjoy!
