Recipe: Lamington Bliss Balls

These chocolate balls are a delicious and nutritious snack that are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth. They are easy to make and can be stored in the fridge for several days, making them a convenient snack to have on hand whenever you need a quick boost of energy.

Ingredients:

  • 12 dates

  • 1 cup almond meal

  • 1/2 cup dessicated coconut

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1/3 cup cocoa

  • 1/2 cup whey protein powder

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor blend the ingredients.

  2. Using your hands, roll the dough into bite-sized balls (the mixture will be quite sticky!), then roll them in extra coconut and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes to allow them to set.

  4. Serve and enjoy or keep in the fridge.
