Recipe: Egg and Ham Cups
Here is a recipe for egg and ham cups that make for a delicious and protein-packed breakfast or snack.
Ingredients:
6 slices of ham
6 large eggs
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 190°C. Grease a 6-cup muffin tin with olive oil.
Gently press one slice of ham into each muffin cup, forming a cup shape. I usually cut a line in the slice of ham and wrap it around itself into the cup. You can use a muffin tin that has a non-stick surface.
Crack one egg into each ham cup.
Season each egg with salt and pepper to taste, and any other spices you enjoy.
Bake the ham and egg cups in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the yolk is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
Remove the ham and egg cups from the oven and let them cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes.
Carefully remove the ham and egg cups from the muffin tin and transfer them to a serving plate.
Garnish the ham and egg cups with chopped parsley, if desired.
These delicious and easy-to-make egg and ham cups are a great option for a quick breakfast or snack. Enjoy!
