Choc Coconut Protein Balls

I loooove chocolate. These portioned protein balls are packed with protein and good fats for a perfect afternoon snack that is filling and satisfying.

INGREDIENTS
2 scoops protein powder (whey/collagen/vegan)
½ cup nut butter (peanut/cashew/almond)
2 TBS coconut oil
½ cup desiccated coconut
1 TBS maple syrup
1 TBS cocoa powder

METHOD
1. In a food processor, blitz all ingredients. The mixture should be crumbly but forms balls easily.
2. Distribute mixture into 16 portions and roll each portion into a ball. Leave as is or roll in desiccated coconut.
